Terms and conditions of the AZHAARA online store
These terms and conditions define the rules for using the AZHAARA online store, available at www.azhaara.com . The store is operated by the seller:

1. Shopping in the store
The sales contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller via the website.
To place an order, you must provide your contact and address details.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
2. Prices and payments
Prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.
The price includes delivery costs, which are visible before placing the order.
Available payment methods: bank transfer, fast online transfer, payment card, BLIK.
3. Delivery
Goods are delivered within Poland by a courier company.
The processing time is usually 1–5 business days from receipt of payment.
The buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt.
4. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller by e-mail or in writing.
The consumer returns the goods at his own expense, in a condition that does not exceed normal use.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
5. Complaints
If the goods are defective or inconsistent with the contract, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint.
Complaints must be submitted by e-mail or in writing, attaching a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
Complaints are considered within 14 days.
6. Personal data
The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
The data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Details can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.
7. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
