1. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a statement (e.g. e-mail or returns form).
2. Return of goods
The goods should be sent to the following address:

00-098 WarsawThe deadline for returning the goods is a maximum of 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
3. Condition of the returned goods
The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
The following goods are not subject to return:
made to order (personalized),
delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
4. Refund
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return.
The payment will be refunded in the same way as the transaction was made, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another solution.
The refund also includes delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard form offered by the store).
5. Complaints
If the goods prove to be defective or inconsistent with the contract, the Customer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulations.

Complaints are considered within 14 days.
